All participants in the editorial process must consider their potential conflicts of interest and disclose all relationships that could be viewed as potential sources of conflict of interest.

Publication of a manuscript that substantially duplicates a previously published article without clear visible reference to the previous publication.
If duplicate publication is detected during editing, the manuscript is rejected. If the article is already published, the editorial board retracts the article and posts retraction information on the journal website.
